This post contains a very simple guide on how to install Windows 10 Mobile on Lumia 930, 640 and 640L. Download links to the flashable roms are also available here.
Step Two: Download Windows Phone Image Designer (link above).
Step Five: Run the Start.bat file and Windows Phone Image Designer will launch.
Step Six: Now select Flash a Windows Phone image onto your phone and click Next.
Step Seven: Your device should show up under flashable devices. Click on Change, then select the downloaded ROM
Step Eight: Hit Flash and wait for the flashing process to complete
Step Nine: Once flashing process is complete, your phone will reboot and build 10240 must have successfully installed on your device.

Step Three: Power off your device and boot into UEFI mode by holding down Volume up button (a lightening bolt icon should display on your screen)
Step Four: Connect your device to PC and open Windows Phone Image Designer folder. Select the x86 folder or the x64 folder (depending on your windows version).
Step Five: Run the Start.bat file and Windows Phone Image Designer will launch.
Step Six: Now select Flash a Windows Phone image onto your phone and click Next.
